Our corporate client is looking for an experienced, multi-tasking Travel Administrator/Co-ordinator. You will primarily handle travel logistics to and from their London office and be point of contact for travel-related issues for their London-based employees.
In this role your main focus will be working closely with our travel vendor on travel bookings for our employees. Under normal circumstances, several Company employees will travel through the London office at any given time. You will monitor and help oversee the entire booking process to ensure it is in line with our travel guidelines and provide suggestions or alternatives to our travellers as necessary. You will also maintain our travel intranet site, vendor portals, and in-house databases.
