Our client is a hugely successful Travel Management Company (TMC) and due to the increasing complexity of their clients’ data needs, they need a passionate data expert within Account Management to improve the customer experience and assist Account Managers.
The Data Analyst will ensure our Account Managers can remain strategic and focused on solving customer problems. They will collaborate daily with customers to better understand their needs and challenges to ensure a market leading offering. They will work with the Reporting Product Manager to create bespoke (and chargeable) reports and analytics for customers and problem solve customer issues. The Data Analyst will be passionate and excited about customer reporting as they will drive continuous improvements.
Sitting in the Account Management SWOT Team, the Data Analyst will be the European champion and expert on all things customer data and analytics. They will build relationships with the most valuable customers and work with them to develop bespoke and chargeable reporting and analytics as a way of generating income and commercialising Account Management.
Training for both clients and in house is another key responsibility so being a talented and influential communicator is key.
