Our client is a global Travel Management Company (TMC) and they are looking for a Director of People Development. The primary goal is to define and implement L&D strategies globally to maximise potential within the business and primarily it’s people. Key to this is the provision of Learning & Development plans that align to the business strategy.
A fully rounded learning & development specialist, you will be required to partner with senior business leaders to assess, develop, design and deliver plans for their respective business areas including mentoring programmes.
