Sales Manager, Mid Markets, TMC
Our global TMC client is seeking a driven, tenacious and successful Sales Manager to join their hugely successful team.
You will create a true sales pipeline and ultimately deliver the required level of new business that supports the Company’s growth strategy.
Personal Skills
- Ability to identify and develop new relationships with new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
- Liaise with appropriate internal departments to optimise the sales program.
- Ability to express opinion in a multi-management level environment inc Boardroom
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data to an audience
- A personality that reflects the Company’s ethos of honesty and trust.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports.
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially management of personal time and productivity
- Professionally present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions
Essential Experience
- A proven track record in winning, managing or directing client travel program profiles in the professional services vertical.
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in a senior sales role with a major TMC or similar B2B sector
- Able to identify new business opportunities, and create plans to secure them
- Board room negotiating experience
- Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of business planning i.e. development plans
- Data interpretation experience
- Experience in preparing, managing, and closing high level negotiations
- Able to demonstrate a track record of sales achievement
