Our client is a global Travel Management Company (TMC) who are looking to build their account management team to meet the needs of the company moving forward post-Covid.
The Strategic Account Manager will take responsibility for managing and developing a defined portfolio of global/regional key clients.
The key aims of the role are to manage the relationship with each client, to ensure the growth and retention of that client during the defined contractual period and to then negotiate a new contract term at the end of each agreement period.
You will work across all departments and at all levels to ensure that each client is managed in line with the agreed commercial agreement and service level KPI’s. You will also improve the commercial return by uncovering opportunities to grow the relationship from the sale of Company products and services.
You will need to take a commercial and proactive approach with a hands-on, practical approach to development and problem solving in order to meet both client and Company expectations.
