This role requires an individual to take responsibility for managing and developing a defined portfolio of our client’s global/regional key clients.
The main aim of the role is to manage the relationship with each client, to ensure the retention of that client during the defined contractual period and to then negotiate a new contract term at the end of each agreement period.
The role is accountable for the commercial performance of each client in line with the agreed commercial agreement. This includes uncovering opportunities to grow the relationship by securing additional revenue from the sales of Company products and services.
You will need to take a commercial and proactive approach with each client and take a hands-on, practical approach to development and problem solving in order to meet both client and Company expectations.
As well as the strong interpersonal skills you would associate with such a senior, client facing role, you will also have advanced industry knowledge, the ability to work with a range of information, be commercially aware.
Previous business travel experience essential, as is an extensive background in account management.
