Our client is a successful business Travel Management Company (TMC) and they need an ambitious, experienced business travel Account Manager to join them as they continue to grow.
This role requires you to take responsibility for managing and developing a defined portfolio of key clients.
The main aim of the role is to manage the relationship with each client, to ensure the retention of that client during the defined contractual period and to negotiate a new contract term at the end of each agreement period. The role is accountable for the commercial performance of each client ensuring a profitable income in return for the services provided. You will develop each client relationship to improve the commercial return to the Company and uncover other opportunities to grow the relationship, by securing additional growth and income from the sale of Company products and services.
Working closely with all internal departments and the senior management team, this role will ensure that each client is managed in line with the agreed commercial agreement and service level KPI’s as negotiated and agreed with each client.
Strong previous TMC account management experience is essential. This is a hybrid role, based South East England.
