EMEA Account Manager, TMC – UK

Our client is a global, award winning, business Travel Management Company (TMC) – an industry leader. They are renowned for service and technology innovation and are currently enjoying an exciting period of growth.

They need a Client Manager to manage and develop a defined portfolio of key regional clients. The main aim of the role is to manage the relationship with each client, to ensure the retention of that client during the defined contractual period and to then negotiate a new contract term at the end of each agreement period. You will also be accountable for the commercial performance and development of the client relationship.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous business travel/TMC client management experience is essential
  • Strong communicator, data analyst and presenter
  • Proactive, positive, energised, professional

As you would expect, there is an excellent salary, bonus and benefits package on offer. This role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week, based either London/South East or in Scotland.
