Enterprise Account Manager, TMC
Our client is a globally renowned Travel Management Company (TMC) and they need an exceptional Account Manager to take responsibility for managing a global, high profile client across 25+ countries.
The main aim of the role is to manage the relationship with the client, to ensure the retention of that client during the defined contractual period and to then negotiate a new contract term at the end of each agreement period.
The role is accountable for the commercial performance of the client in line with the agreed commercial agreement.
You will need to take a commercial and proactive approach with the client and take a hands-on, practical approach to development and problem solving in order to meet both client and Company expectations.
As well as the strong interpersonal skills you would associate with such a senior, client facing role, you will also have advanced industry knowledge, the ability to work with a range of information and be commercially aware.
Previous TMC account management experience is essential, ideally with 10+ years in managing global accounts with an industry leading TMC.
This is a UK home based role with an excellent salary and package on offer.
