We work with business travel supply chain organisations such as airlines, travel management companies (TMCs), meetings & events companies, hotels, payment companies, technology companies, ground transport, rail, etc. We also recruit travel manager/buyer roles for corporations.

It is important that we get to know you, understand what motivates you and how you want your career to develop. We guarantee a discreet, personal service and will never disclose your CV without your consent.

Interview preparation depends on the type of job and the predicted interview format. We provide coaching to ensure you are aware of the expected interview techniques and questions but also relevant company information, such as products, culture, team members etc. We support you throughout this process including presentation preparation and will get you as prepared as you can be to give you the best chance of success.

Our philosophy is always to be honest and upfront. We understand your package expectations and our client’s budget.  We share this with you including the finer details of the benefits package, notice period, probationary period, salary review, to avoid any misunderstandings later in the process. Transparency and clear expectations by both parties is the best positive start and our role is to act as the broker.
