Our focus is all levels of management and board positions. Strong leadership is vital and the best leaders are in demand. We use a blend of recruitment and head-hunting skills for every assignment to ensure we access both active and passive candidates. We take care of the Job Description through to references/DBS checks, as we see this as part of our recruitment service.

2. HR Support & Employee Engagement

For companies that don’t have in-house HR resource, we provide HR expertise on a retained, project or one-off basis. Examples of our support include; updating company policies, exit interviews, performance management, strategies for recruitment, employee retention, employee engagement or general HR advice. We want you to keep your best people and reduce employee attrition as well as the costs associated with it.

3. Talent Development

Our expertise gives us the added benefits of understanding business travel and delivering effective and relevant training solutions. From training needs analysis, to post-training evaluation. Training can be delivered in a group setting, one-to-one, in person, virtual or recorded modules. Courses range from Sales & Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Enabling Change, Leadership & Management courses and ILM Qualifications.

Coaching nurtures ability and coachees gain significant, long-lasting improvements in individual and team performance. Our network of qualified and experienced coaches, all from the business travel industry, work with individuals either on a one-off basis or via a block of sessions.
